Organizer Payout Agreement
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Agreement sets out how Thaki Tech, a trademark of Jewar Tayba AI (CR 7027259329, VAT 312689872700003) pays event organizers for tickets sold through Xeventra.
1. What you receive
For each paid ticket, you receive the ticket price less Xeventra's platform fee. Of that fee, approximately 5 percentage points cover payment-processing and accounting costs charged by the licensed payment provider to secure each transaction; the remainder is Xeventra's platform share. Buyer service fees and VAT are collected by Xeventra and are not part of your payout. Your dashboard shows gross revenue (total sold) and your net payout separately.
2. Payout schedule
Payouts are released within 10 business days after the event ends, or on the platform's twice-monthly payout runs on the 2nd and the 17th of each month — whichever the platform applies to your event. A hold period may apply to new organizers or to cover potential refunds and chargebacks.
3. Bank details
Payouts are transferred to the Saudi IBAN on your organizer profile. You are responsible for keeping it accurate. Payouts are made in SAR.
4. Refunds and adjustments
Refunded orders are excluded from your payout: buyers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase and no later than 48 hours before the event starts, and approved refunds return 90% of the amount paid. If refunds exceed an unpaid balance, the difference may be offset against future payouts.
If you cancel your event, all buyers are refunded the full ticket price and its VAT (the buyer service fee is non-refundable). The payment-processing cost of those refunded sales (approximately 5% of gross) is not recoverable from the payment provider and is charged to you — recorded on your payout ledger and offset against your future payouts.
5. Taxes
Xeventra, as merchant of record, accounts for VAT on ticket sales and issues the buyer's tax invoice. Your net payout is a settlement of ticket proceeds and is not itself a VAT-invoiced sale by you to Xeventra unless separately agreed. You remain responsible for your own income/Zakat obligations on your earnings.
6. Statements
Each payout is recorded with its amount, date, and reference. You can see paid and pending payouts in your dashboard.
