Terms of Service

1. The service

Xeventra is a self-serve ticketing platform for events in Saudi Arabia. Organizers publish events and sell tickets; buyers purchase tickets and receive a QR code for entry.

2. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are solely responsible for their events — accuracy of listings, delivery of the event as described, venue and safety, licensing and permits, and compliance with Saudi law. Xeventra provides the ticketing technology only and is not the event host.

Prohibited events include anything unlawful under Saudi regulations. Xeventra may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Moyasar, a SAMA-licensed Saudi payment provider. Xeventra collects the full ticket price as merchant of record, deducts its platform fee, and pays the organizer a net amount per the Payout Agreement.

Fees are shown transparently on the pricing page and at checkout before purchase.

4. Taxes (VAT)

As merchant of record, Xeventra issues a single ZATCA-compliant tax invoice to the buyer for the full ticket price and accounts for the 15% VAT. Organizers are not required to be VAT-registered to sell through the Platform.

5. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund from your order page within 7 days of purchase and no later than 48 hours before the event starts — whichever comes first. Approved refunds return 90% of the ticket price and its VAT to the original payment method; the per-ticket service fee (and its VAT) is non-refundable, and the retained portion covers non-recoverable payment-processing and operational costs. Refunds apply to the whole order, and all its tickets are voided.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, buyers are refunded the full ticket price and its VAT regardless of the window above; the per-ticket service fee (and its VAT) is non-refundable. Free tickets can be cancelled from the order page at any time before the event.

Refund requests are reviewed by Xeventra support and, once approved, are processed to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary by card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Tickets and entry

Each ticket carries a single-use QR code. The first valid scan is admitted; subsequent scans are rejected. Do not share your ticket — anyone presenting it may be admitted in your place.

7. Liability

Xeventra provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, or for events themselves. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
