This Policy explains how Thaki Tech, a trademark of Jewar Tayba AI (CR 7027259329, VAT 312689872700003) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use Xeventra.

1. Data we collect

For buyers: name, email, and phone provided at checkout. For organizers: name, contact details, commercial registration and VAT numbers, and bank IBAN for payouts. We also collect technical data such as device and usage analytics.

2. How we use it

To process payments, issue tickets and tax invoices, deliver events, provide organizer analytics, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with the event organizer you buy from, our payment provider (Moyasar), our e-invoicing provider, email delivery, and hosting. Organizers may use attendee contact details to communicate about the event. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Tax invoices and financial records are retained for at least five years as required by Saudi tax regulations. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

5. Your rights

Under Saudi data-protection law (PDPL) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.
